It is used for blowing polyethylene and also for blowing high and low density polyethylene which are widely used for packing food, garment, textile, daily necessityies and industrial product etc. Characteristics: The barrel and the screw stems of extruder are made of high quality alloy steel with optimum hardness and strong corrosion resistance after precision finishing and nitrogen treatment. The extruder can be lift up to 3 meters according to the technological requirements. Mode of film bolwing is down blowing. The winder unit adopts torque motor to keep proper tension and make flat winding and roll-changing easy.
