Grouting Agent

Grouting agent has excellent properties such as minimum inflation, non-contracting, high fluidity, self-compaction, extremely low bleeding rate, high filling degree, thin layer and small diameter of air foam, high strength, rust protection and resistance, low alkali and chloride-free, high bonding degree, green and environmentally friendly. It does not contain constituents harmful to reinforcing steel bar, such as oxide, chloride, sulfite and nitrite. Grouting agent produced by high-performance plasticizer, surface active agent, silico-calcium micro-expanding agent, hydration heat inhibitor, migrating corrosion inhibitor, nanoscale mineral silicon aluminum calcium iron powder and stabilizer or grouting materials mixed with low alkali low-heat portland cement.

I. Property

1. Good fluidity, high strength, no bleeding, no delamination

2. Good durability, inorganic grouting material, no aging, no corrosion for reinforcing steel bar, durability and firmness

3. Grouting has features such as repletion, early strength and micro-expansion.

4. The product is of high filling, and subject to one-time grouting construction. Slurry in the pipe is dense and void-free.

5. Pre-stressed reinforcing steel bar is free of corrosion and is firmly bonded with concrete.

6. Easy to use. 8-12% grounding agent mixed with Portland cement will produce micro expansion grouting material. Recommended mixing amount: 10%

III. Usage and main application

1. Manufacture of pre-stressed rebar, installation of anchorage device and fixture, exertion of pre-stress, and grouting shall meet design requirements, as well as tentative specification with respect to pre-stressed concrete precast beam in passenger transport line.

2. Referential water-cement ratio of mixing pre-stressed pipe grouting material cement paste shall be not larger than 0.34, recommended ratio is 0.29-0.32 and actual ratio shall be confirmed based on test. 80%-90% of actual mixing water shall be added into the mixer before starting its operation. Add the agent evenly while stirring it, and then all cement shall be also added evenly. All powders shall be added and subject to slow stir for 2min, then quick stir for 1min. The remaining 10%-20% mixing water shall be added and stirred for 1min.

3. The duration for which cement paste is stirred until pressed into the pore passage shall depend on temperature conditions, generally between 30-45min.

4. Grouting material shall be constantly stirred before usage and during grouting process.

5. It is used for grouting material filling post-tensioned beam pre-stressed pipe, preventing corrosion of pre-stressed steel, ensuring valid stress transfer between pre-stressed tendon and concrete structure, and making slurry in pore passage full and dense. Slurry shall be kept within certain PH scope and fully wrap the pre-stressed steel. After the hardening of slurry, it has quite high strength and elasticity modulus and expansion without contractility and adhesive strength.

6. It is suitable for filling and grouting of post-tensioned beam pre-stressed pipe, anchoring and grouting of ground anchor system, leakage-stopping and grouting of constant wall head and curtain grouting. Equipment foundation grouting, underboarding bed mortar and beam-to-column connection, engineering emergency repair and bolt anchoring, free-vibration and self-compacting, micro expansion, oil anti-permeability, anti-corrosion, freezing resistance and anti-permeability. It is used for pore grouting of high-strength steel pre-stressed concrete component and strengthening of road, bridge and beam. It is able to run after 24hours, and firmly bonded with hardened concrete without obvious remedying trace. Slurry setting time is able to be controlled, which means moderate,

IV. Precaution

1. Slurry temperature shall be kept between 5℃-30℃ when grouting, otherwise, relevant measures shall be taken to meet the conditions.

2. Accurately weigh pre-stressed pipe grouting material and water. Water shall be added in strict accordance with confirmed water-cement ratio, and it is not allowed to adjust the quantity at will.

V. Package and storage

1. Woven bag made of kraft paper (including lining), net weight: 40kg/bag.

2. Storage conditions: dry and cool warehouse; avoid water, moisture, breakage and high temperature (over 45℃).

3. Shipping conditions: avoid rain and solarization, package shall be in good condition. Shelf life: 6 months.
