Wuxi Lida Gear Manufacturing Co.,ltd, found in 1993, located in Yangshan industry park of Wuxi, is a private joint-stock enterprise which mainly produce slewing bearings. Now it has production plants of 35,000 square meters, a total area of 60,000 square meters, registered capital of 32 million RMB, total assets of RMB 500 million and more than 300 employees. We are specializing in manufacturing of all kinds of slewing bearings such as ball,roller or ball and roller combined slewing bearings.
At present, Lida factory has two production lines,one is for small & medium-sized slewing bearings with diameter from 0.2m to 2.5 m,another one is for heavy-duty slewing ring with diameter from 2.5m to 8m. Our annual output of slewing bearings is more than 20000 pcs. Professional production lines make sure the one-stop production in Lida after the raw material incoming till the end product without any outsourcing, which effectively ensure the massive production and the serialization of the slewing bearings. The multi-production capacity of slewing bearing of Lida is at the front rank in the same field in China.
Lida pays much attention to technological innovation. Cooperated with the Research Institute of Tsinghua University,Lida founded a analog simulation laboratory in order to optimize the design of slewing bearings,to get the products with more stable and reliable performance and to increase the efficiency of the product development.
Our company has won lots of honors, such as " Jiangsu High-tech enterprise", "Jiangsu non-public scientific and technological enterprises" , " Wuxi AAA-level grade in credit and reputation", etc. and Lida has passed ISO9001: 2008 quality system certification,ISO14001: 2004 environment system certification, CCS Certificate of type approval and BV works approval.
