Characteristic of products:

1. The “taper shape” rollers make their ends rounding linear speed consistent with flat die, so it avoids dislocated friction which maybe created between rollers and die, In this way, it can reduce friction and save much energy consumption, lengthen die and rollers life.

2. Flat die wood pellet machine adopts pressure adjusting systems by hydraulic pump or controlling center vertical shaft as well as its assistant adjusting equipments. In this way, it can adjust pressure between rollers and flat die to fit for different pressure ratio materials, ensuring the pellet density.

3. Bodies of rollers are large and groove is broad. Rollers of flat die wood pellet machines are smoothly when working, its big body and unique design increase pressing place, increasing production efficiency.

4. The SKJ wood pellet Machine adopts high pressure filtration and lubricating systems.

Application:

Mainly applicable to crude fiber granulation ,such as: sawdust, rice husk ,cotton stalk, cotton seed hull, weeds and all kinds of crop straw, home wastage, waste plastics and the factory waste, the material of low adhesion rate, difficult to forming. It also can be applied to biological fertilizer, organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, low temperature pelleting.
