VFD Working Principle
Hiconics VFD is a power control equipment which adopts microelectronics technology and frequency conversion technology to change the working power frequency of motor for controlling AC motor.
VFD includes rectifier (AC to DC), inverter (DC to AC), filter, braking unit, driving unit, detection unit, microprocessor unit, etc. For saving energy and adjusting speed, VFD adjusts the frequency and voltage of the output power supply by switching off the internal IGBT, and provides the required power supply voltage on the basis of the actual needs of the motor.

How Can VFD be Applied In Different Industries?

VFD equipment has lots of applications In electrical industry. First, it can be applied in transforming fans for power plant to save energy.
