High Speed Bottle Washing Machine
Work Principle
The machine consists of conveyor, gripper belt and cleaning system. The bottles are moved to gripper belt by conveyor, and the gripper belt will rotate the bottle to put the bottom of the bottle up and bring bottles to the position of cleaning system. Use the water for washing process and compressed air for blow-drying process. When the bottles are detected by sensor, the solenoid valve for compressed air input opens to blow-dry the bottles, after that, the gripper belt rotates the bottle to make the bottle up and bring the bottles to the bottle-out conveyor. The machine is utilized the solenoid valve control to save the water and compressed air. This machine has the compact structure and reliable performance. It is easy to operate and maintain.
