RTE Tyre Recycling System is designed for recycling EOL tyres from multiple sources such as cars, commercial vehicles, trucks, OTR etc. The recycling process includes shredding and wire/fiber separation to produce pure rubber granules and grinds.
The intelligent modular design allows adding and deducting on recycling links, thus enhancing flexibility in alteration of capacity and type of tyres. We listen to our customers, understand their requirements, and make proper combination and sizing of multiple equipments with the purpose of providing them with tyre recycling solutions of high throughput and efficiency.
According to the nature of tyre and production requirements, a typical Tyre Recycling System consists of: :
● Automatic de-beader: removal of the reinforcing steel wires from the tire rims
● Conveying system: conveyor belt, screw conveyor and air transportation system
● Shredder: shears the tires into 50mm-150mm strips
● Rasper: reduces the shred into 15-20mm chips and liberates remaining steel from the rubber
● Over-belt Magnet: separation of liberated steel from the rubber chips
● Granulator: size reduction of the chips to 1-4mm granules and liberates the textile fraction to allow separation
● Vibratory Screen: sorts the granules by size and removes the majority of textile
● Zig-Zag Classifier: removal of remaining textile
● Drum magnet: removal of remaining steel fines
● Grinder: size reduction of the granules to 30-100mesh grinds
● Automatic Big-Bag Station: storing or packing of finished product

Testing
All equipments prior to delivery are assembled into a production line and tested under "real world” condition, thus guaranteeing the quality and performance of products. Visitors are welcome to attend these trials and receive training on operation and maintenance.
