Type ZTY (C) 47 Self-operated Pressure Difference Self-Control Valve
Product Introduction 
Within the control range of Type ZTY (C) Self-operated Pressure Difference Self-Control Valve, the valve plug normally is closed. When the pressure difference of valve surpasses the preset value, the valve plug will automatically open and adjust its opening under the action of pressure sense diaphragm and hence keep comparatively stable pressure difference between both ends of valve. This valve is a new product independently developed by our company according to the market demand. It works with the help of its own pressure difference and does not need any external force and appears reliable performances.
Capability and Characteristic
Type ZTY (C) Self-operated Pressure Difference Self-Control Valve is the replacement of electrically operated differential pressure control valve. It has the following advantages:
●No external force is needed
●Effectively improved the safety coefficient due to that it works with the help of its own pressure difference
●It is more safe and reliable compared with electrically operated differential pressure control valve because it is not so dependent to electric power as the latter and greatly reduced probability of damage to motor assembling unit caused by problem of electric circuit.
●Easy to install and can save on running cost.
Applications
●It can be used for the protection of the cool (heat) source unit. Installed on the bypass between the water collector and the water distributor, when the user end runs only part of the unit or changes the flow rate, the whole system flow will become small and hence increased differential pressure will be caused. When the differential pressure surpasses the setting value, the valve will open automatically and part of the stream will pass through to ensure that the flow of heat source unit is not smaller than the setting value.
●It can also be used in the central heat supply system to ensure that the heat radiator does not work overpressure or back flow. For example, in certain system that may produce big differential pressure and does not divide high pressure system and low pressure system, in this case if the pressure is set according to the higher water level, the radiator at lower level will be broken, whereas it will cause back flow to the radiators at higher level. Under this situation, if the heat source is in the lower position, a booster pump is needed to be installed to the bypass of higher pressure area, in the mean time a self-operated pressure difference self-control valve is to be installed to the return pipe to ensure that the water pressure will be reduced to that of return water of lower pressure area after it is boosted in the higher pressure area. If the heat source is in the higher position, a self-operated pressure difference self-control valve is to be installed to the water supply pipe that goes into lower pressure area and a boosting pump to be installed to the back flow system to ensure that the back water may return to the system after is passes through the valve.

●It can set the controlled differential pressure according to user's requests.
●Freely adjust the controlled differential pressure within the range of 0.05~0.4MPa.
●Stabilize the differential pressure between both ends of valve and to the controlled system. It also allows users change flow within the whole system.
●It works automatically by means of its differential pressure without external force and hence it is safe, stable and reliable.
●Medium temperature: 0~150°C;
●Nominal pressure: 1.6MPa.
