Keep the heaviest load on the bottom to lower the center of gravity when stacking items on the truck.

Never stack loads so high that block your view see the path you are going.

Avoid walking backwards with a hand truck. It is safer to push than to pull.

Balance the load forward on the axle, so the weight will not be carried by the handle.

Inspect and clear your path before moving any loads. Be aware of any potential hazards, including unguarded edges.

How to Choose the Right Hand Truck?

There are three types of hand trucks:

Upright, convertible and stair-climer hand trucks.

Upright hand trucks are the traditional models to fulfill your general purpose, allow you to easily transport medium-weight loads, stack up boxes or crates.
