T Series gearboxes are helical geared two step motorless gear reducers produced according to monoblock body principle. The monoblock body structure allows body axes to be machined in a single operation, ensuring high manufacturing precision. In T-Series gear units, which are only two stages, the gear layout is optimized to minimize body volume. This makes it possible to deliver higher torque values in smaller volumes. GG20 spindle body and high quality ground and hardened cementation steel gears are manufactured under constant and quality control system. By using the hollow shaft of the T-series gearboxes and the compact body structure, it is possible to mount in smaller volume areas and It can be also mounted on the machine with torque hole connection holes provided on the body. T-series produced without motors are generally driven by belt mechanisms. Therefore, the selection of the gear unit must be made according to gear unit selection and the radial load value at the input shaft must be checked according to the permissible radial load values given in the catalog.
