Introduction

Metal Expansion Joint is pipe connection device which is composed of body, sealing circle, pressed compone nt.

Metal expansion joint is an indispensable device used for medium pipeline system, usually installed in the inlet of the hydraulic control valves and other equipment, and used to remove particulate impurities from the media, thus protecting the valve equipment normal use.

Steel expansion joint is made up of cover, sleeve, limited short pipe and trapezoid sealing ring. Installation note:

1. The metal expansion joint installation length should be between the maximum and minimum length, and can be adjusted according to actual situation.

2. When installation, should loosen the pressure plate bolt, adjust good to install length, then tighten bolt diagonally, do not partial pressure, seepage effect.

3. The metal expansion pipe should be installed after the check valve.

4. If the sleeve type expansion joint is used aerially, corresponding fixed bracket should be installed on both ends of the metal expansion joint, it itself is not under axial tension, so protection pulled off equipment is necessary.
