Split electromagnetic acid water flow meter

1.Description of the split electromagnetic acid flow meter:

ZFG-F split electromagnetic acid flow meter measurement principle is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, split electromagnetic acid flow meter by the sensor and converter components, the sensor installed in the measurement pipeline, the converter is installed within 30 meters from the sensor or within 100 meters, both between the shielded cable connection.Split electromagnetic acid flow meter sensor is the main components: measuring tube, electrode, excitation coil, iron core and yoke shell.

2.Features of the split electromagnetic acid flow meter:

·The measurement tube without obstruction of moving parts, no pressure loss, straight pipe requirements lower;
·The converter uses a new excitation method, low power consumption, zero stability, high accuracy. Flow range of up to 150: 1;
·The converter can be integrated with the sensor or separation type;
·Flow meter for the two-way measurement system, built-in three totalizer;
·The converter using surface mount technology (SMT), with self-test and self-diagnostic function
·For conductivity than 5μs / cm conductive fluid volume flow measurement
·The measurement tube without activity and blocking components, the pressure loss is small
·With different materials lining and electrode has good corrosion resistance
·Free from media, density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity
·Low frequency rectangular wave excitation, not susceptible to interference, can be stable and reliable
·The converter low energy consumption, easy to install, the user does not need debugging
