Application
SiSiB® PC5961 silane surface modifier is used as a water-repellent primer and impregnating agent for concrete, greatly lowers the water absorbency of the treated concrete, which nevertheless retains a very high degree of water vapor permeability.
SiSiB® PC5961 is also widely used in polyolefin resins as hydrophobic and reinforcing finishing agent for all kinds of inorganic filler, or used as inorganic surface conditioner providing waterproof and dustproof effect.
Packing and Storage
SiSiB® PC5961 alkyl alkoxy silane is supplied in 20Kg pail or 180Kg steel drum.
In the unopened original container SiSiB® PC5961 has a shelf life of one year in a dry and cool place.
