【Composition】The synthesis of acrylic resin and catalyst
【Typical properties】
Appearance: Ivory or pale yellow powder
Bulk density: 450-550 g/l
Non volatile: 99%
【Application】
1. M-20 is suitable for above 3%@60°gloss in polyester epoxy hybrid powder coatings.
2. Wax-free type. The recoatability and transfer-image properties of coatings are not influenced.
3. Compared with 68 series matting hardener, M-20 has better anti-yellowing and scratch resistance p roperties.
4. Outstanding gloss stability after twice extruded.
5. The sensitivity of furnace temperature is small, adopt toaster or black furnace to bake.
6. Chemical matting agent, good storage stability. It reacts with epoxy as 1: 2.3.
7. M-20 is suitable for almost 50/50 or 60/40 type hybrid polyester resins without remarkable select ivity.
