RYMAX Wall Gap Filling is made by high-quality raw materials with the formula from USA and production technology from EU. It was developed according to different environment requirements and it carries the features of stable, easy-use, environment-friendly.
Features:
1. No need punch tape and self-adhesive tape, easy and quick construction. (It will be better if self-adhesive tape is used.)
2. Strong adhesive force, effectively avoid gap craze & layer separation of boards.
3. "Green" gap filling materials, no harm to human health.
Construction Method:
1. Clean the gap, it will be better to brush white latex once after that.
2. Stir before use, if the gap is less than 2~3mm, extend the gap with tool and then fill the filler up to the Light Steel Keel, fully cover the surface.
3. After the filler fully dry (about 18hours), plain the board surface.
Caution:
1. The filler dries slow, multi-filling is not allowed in order to keep the coagulation effect.
2. Only after 18 hours fully dry, next step can be processed.
3. Donot mix with the other materials (e.g. Gypsum powder, talcum powder, etc.)
4. Seal storage for unused filler.
5. If it had dried up after long time storage, fill about 1cm height water, stir with suitable tool when it return soft after soak, it can be used again after well distributed.
