The market demand for PCD/CBN tool is increasing rapidly, and these tools are used predominantly in the industry, where tool with long life span is called for in conjunction with highly abrasive, non-ferrous material and wood. CBN tool can also be used in metal machine industry. PCD/CBN tool life is up to 500 times longer than carbide tools.
BT-150J PCD & CBNTool Grinderis reliable in performance and easy to be operated. It requests very little manual skill. The swinging of grinding wheel controlled by PLC is smooth and without reverse vibration. Without wheel handles it is easy to control the swing range, frequency and swing position by pushing the button. The machine using ‘rapid feed' and ‘precision feed' to finish rapid feed/retraction (0.5mm/turn) and work feed (3mm/turn). This assures the production efficiency and feed precision.
