At room temperature, it is in the form of yellow viscous liquid or paste. Polysorbate 65 is an O/W emulsifier with an HLB value of 10.5. Polyoxyethylene sorbitan tristearate is soluble in ethanol, ethyl acetate, acetone, and can be dispersed in water.
