Dans le cadre de notre activité, nous recherchons des pépins de ferrailles entrant dans la fabrication de nos contrepoids POUR NOTRE USINE HAINAUT EN BELGIQUE ET A GRENOBLE EN FRANCE Composition : Le matériau de base doit être de l’acier (poids spécifique théorique 7.85 kg/dm3), les métaux lourd sont proscrits (risque), les poussières sont proscrites (poids), les matières plastiques sont proscrites (poids), les surfaces électro-zinguées ne peuvent excéder 15% (réaction chimique). Le poids spécifique apparent autorisé pour la grosse mitraille est compris entre 3.8 et 4.1 kg/dm3, Géométrie (rapport K = plus petite dimension / plus grande dimension) • Idéalement sphérique ou cylindriques (K> 0.5) , • Obligatoirement K > 0.25, • Dimension comprise entre 20 et 50mm Etat de surface : Légèrement rugueuse avec rouille naissante, les surfaces huileuses sont proscrites, les surfaces galvanisées ne peuvent excéder 5% par livraison, les surfaces peintes ne peuvent excéder 5% par livraison
