Model JBZ-D Paper Cup/Bowl Sleeve Forming & Wrapping Machine is an automatic equipment to make a second-wall sleeve over the inner-cup/bowl(cup/bowl finished by paper cup/bowl machine ), wear a sleeve over the cup/bowl . It is the matching equipment of JBZ-A12 & JBZ-D30 paper cup/bowl machine, which has the function as photocell detection, failure alarm, counting etc. It produce the out-sleeve after running a whole procedure of automatic fan-sleeve-paper feeding, ultrasonic-wave sealing, glue spraying, cup/bowl feeding, sleeve and cup/bowl automatic inserting and bonding, collecting. It is an ideal equipment of producing two/double walls paper cups/bowls such as direct-sleeve cups, hollow-sleeve cups, rippled/corrugated-sleeve paper cups etc. The sleeve-wrapped paper cups are popular for hot drinks(tea, coffee etc. ).
