Product Introduction:
ZYD online oil dehydration transformer unit can remove water and gas in the insulating oil under high temperature and vacuity. it use more precise filter system to filter out impurities(filtering precision: 1-3um). It is mainly used for purification of oil for transformer with voltage higher than 220kv. It can increase oil breakdown voltage by at least 40kv.They are suitable for oil treatment, vacuum oil injection, and cyclic hot-oil drying in the installation and maintenance of big transformers.

All types with different functions, with various spare parts can be supplied according to Customer's requirements.

Performance:

In a single pass through the purifier at a full flow rate:

Water Removal: From 50 ppm down to less than 5 ppm in a single pass & down to 3 ppm after two passes. (According to the PPM Tester)

Gas Removal: From fully saturated with air (10% to 12% by volume) down to less than 0.1% by volume.

Particulate Matter Removal: 98% of particles over 0.5mm or over 1 mm or over 5mm at customers preference.

Dielectric Strength: Improve dielectric strength up to 75-80KV for New oil.
