烟酰胺核苷氯化物是烟酰胺核苷 （NR） 的氯化物盐形式。NR 是维生素 B3 的一种新型吡啶核苷，可作为烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸 （NAD） 或 NAD+ 的前体。烟酰胺核苷氯化物是烟酰胺核苷 （NR） 氯化物的结晶形式。烟酰胺核苷氯化物增加 NAD[+] 水平并激活 SIRT1 和 SIRT3，最终增强氧化代谢并防止高脂肪饮食诱导的代谢异常。烟酰胺核苷氯化物用于膳食补充剂。
