Naphazoline hydrochloride
Naphazoline hydrochloride, also known as nose and eye cleanser, is a vasoconstrictor commonly used in otolaryngology and ophthalmology departments of hospitals. It is an adrenergic drug with strong vasoconstriction and pressor effects, and has an inhibitory effect on the central nervous system. It plays an anti-inflammatory and analgesic role in local lesion tissues where inflammation occurs by constricting local blood vessels, and can eliminate congestion caused by fatigue or other reasons. It is clinically used to treat colds, acute and chronic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, allergic and inflammatory nasal congestion, etc.
