Description: mold making silicone rubber, which is a kind of flowable liquid silicone and an environmentally-fri endly liquid silicone, is not easy to burn and can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods . The shelf life of the product is about one year from the date of production. Inspection is require d when exceeding the time limited. It can continue to be used in case of neither thickening nor dete rioration. Meanwhile, there are other names for mold making silicone rubber that are tin-based silic one or condensation-cure silicone, that contains two-component materials which cure at room temperat ure(RTV)to flexible, high tear-strength rubbers. Tin cured silicone can be poured onto models or the y can be made brushable by adding a thixotropic additive. They are ideal for molds where easy releas e or high temperature resistance is required. Tin cured silicone can be used for casting polyurethan e, epoxy and polyester resins, waxes, all gypsum products and low-temperature metals. Our tin-cured silicone systems are the most economical. They are best used for casting resins and low melt metals.
