Features:

There is the viscous automatic filling and packaging machine which adopts3-step roller system and piston pump.It can achieve 3 or 4 sides sealing,It also carries on advanced industrial computer control system which can achieve 3 or 4 sides sealing .It also carries on advanced industrial computer control system which can adjust the size of the sachets as well as the speed.Thus making the production easier and more accurate.Most of the settings can performed on the LCD touch screen with English instructions(other languages is preferred)which let the machine user-friendly and the whole production process simper.

Among those three couples of rollers ,one coupe is for vertical and horizontal hest-sealing while the other for cool-sealing.

Sachets are sealed in the rollers with dotted line vertically and horizontally enforced by leakage -proof lines .Straight line can be altered into the horizontal area if necessary.And the horizontal can also be sealed with straight print with leakage-proof line.Equipped with notch cut,three different trimming methods are optional as straight cut , dash line.
