What Is A Vacuum Oven

Description of Laboratory And Industrial Pressure Oven

Vacuum oven is also called vacuum drying oven. It is used to dry products in a vacuum environment. Widely used in the chemical industry, FPC board, photoelectricity, battery, electronics, medicine and other industries.

Laboratory vacuum ovens consists of body, inside oven, vacuum system and heating system.

Material of structure:

The inner box material is made from a stainless steel plate with high-temperature resistance and anti-corrosion, which is made by argon-arc welding and sealing. Then make strong bone reinforcement, anti-bending and anti-deformation. The external structure was made from steel plate with powder coating process. It adopts advanced insulation cotton, the inner liner is directly heated, and the surface temperature of the machine is low. The high temperature resistant hot glue is tight, environmental protection and pollution-free, and the strong type of door buckle is adopted.

Heating system and control system of vacuum drying oven:

1. The heating material of vacuum ovens is a high-temperature resistant heater;

2. Temperature setting range: RT + 25 ℃ ~ 200 ℃ / 300℃/ 400℃

3. Controller: digital type controller and touch screen type controller are optional. If you want to make some programs, touch screen controller is suitable. Both temperature and vacuum degree can be set on the controller.

Vacuum system of oven:

The oven is equipped with an imported vacuum pump, stable performance and fast vacuum. If customers don't need a vacuum pump, we can just make chamber without pump as long as customer tell us their requirement.

Protection system

1. Under-phase protector.

2. Two-way over-temperature protector, automatic alarm and shutdown function when temperature overshoot.

3. The temperature has reached the timing and shutdown alarm function.

4. Leakage protection function.

5. Vacuum pump overcurrent protection
