Application:

This machine is applied to recover and purify various high-precision lubricating oil such as hydraulic oil, mechanical oil, polyester oil, coolant oil, gear oil, Transmission oil, heat treatment oil, base oil, industrial oil and so on.

The TYA series can fast degas, dewater, and remove the impurity and the volatile matter. Enhances the oil quality, restores the lubricating oil viscosity, augments the flash point and improves the operational performance. This machine suit for many lines, such as the mine, metallurgy, electric power, transportation, manufactures and so on.

This machine adopt Plate heat exchanger and water-ring vacuum pump which is used for treatment the oil include high percent water. Compare with the common cooling system and vacuum pump, The Plate heat exchanger advantage is improve the Cooling system cooling result more better than common cooling system. The water-ring vacuum pump which not effect the vacuum degree because of the much water. So this machine remove water from oil quickly and effectively.
