How Do Hot Runner Cables Work?

The mold power line is connected to heater and temperature control module. When thyristor in control module is turned on, load current is passed and the heater starts to work， then the mold heats up; The thermocouple line is connected to thermocouple terminal and temperature control module, and temperature signal is converted according to the thermoelectric effect. As an electrical signal, the temperature control module processing unit can measure mold temperature in real time.
