Blister packaging is an inexpensive option for creating packages that are durable, transparent, and tamper proof. We make a variety of shapes and can custom design a blister pack that will showcase your product in the best possible manner. All products are tested for clarity, wall thickness, and dimensional compliance before leaving our plant.

A clear plastic blister pack can be used in conjunction with a cardboard blister card to keep the product in full view for the customer to examine. The blister packaging is attached to the blister card through a heat-sealing process that allows the product to be displayed in a wide variety of methods. While this heat sealing process can be done with highly automated equipment, the use of blister packs is somewhat limited to light weight items. For heavier contents, a plastic clamshell would be an excellent consideration.

It is mainly defined as turntable type and sliding table type.

The blister welding machine is also known as paper and plastic sealing hf welding machine with impulse heating principle, which is one of the most fast and stable machine with competitive price. The machine is traditional type in blister packaging field, which is especially used in single paper card and blister sealing packaging, but cannot be used in double blister packaging or sandwich packaging. which is widely applied in hardware, stationary, toys, electron, supplies, cosmic and pills packaging etc, such as toilet cleaner, glue,eraser, correction tape, lighter, pen, socket, injection, battery, toothbrush lipstick etc.
