Je vends un bâtiment en kit galvanisé à chaud de 300m² COMPLET et NEUF, il n'a jamais servi, cause : refus de permis.
La largeur est de 12.60m et la longueur de 24m pour une hauteur de 5m. La section des poteaux est de 240mm et celle des fermes 200mm (c'est du costaud), c'est du profil I.
La couverture c'est de la tôle laquées 63/100eme (renforcée et de 1er choix) et qui inclut un régulateur de condensation (très absorbant et classé au feu).
Inclus également, des chéneaux galvanisés à emboiter (faciles à assembler et pas de rouille à prévoir) pour l'évacuation de l'eau.
Bien sur toute la boulonnerie + visserie (zinguées) est fournie. C'est un bon bâtiment en kit qui se monte comme un mécano en quelques jours!
