Geophone Cable, Leader Wire

Zhaofeng manufactures leader wire with excellent durability in a variety of customer-defined configurations. The leader wire consists of tinned copper clad steel or cadmium bronze conductor with polypropylene insulation. After twisting 2, 3, or 4 conductors, an all-weather jacket of polyurethane is applied. An adhesive filler can be added for extra protection against possible water intrusion through accidental cuts in the outer jacket. Our leader wire is available with metal, molded, or field-installable polyurethane D-loops installed at customer specified intervals.

Continuous inspection at critical manufacturing points assures a leader wire product that provides long-lasting service even in the most harsh working environment. It can be conveniently shipped on reels or coiled in cardboard boxes.
