Heating system

Perfect equipment protection system

① Over-temperature protection. When the abnormal situation, the heater will cause a sharp increase in oil temperature, but when the oil temperature exceeds the set limit temperature, heating protection will automatically cut off the power and alarm.

② Over-pressure protection. The use of the products from United States Cavert Company, when the pressure exceeds the limit set, the pressure protection device will automatically cut off the pump power and alarm.

③ With the over-current, overload, lack of phase, undervoltage and other electrical protection; With oil pump, vacuum pump, heater trinity interlock protection circuit; With pump motor-controlled interlock circuit to protect the motor and electrical components safe.

④ With the power phase sequence protection, to prevent damage to the pump head when phase sequence adjustment.

⑤ Vacuum gauge and pressure gauge are Radar products, to monitor the working condition of oil system, indicating the standard.

⑦ Electrostatic protection system: This design is based on GB 13384-2009 "Liquid Petroleum Product Static Safety Regulations".
