Working principle of the cartoning machine:

The paper box blanks stored in the silo are sucked out of the silo by the suction cup and pushed by the cylinder to open the box smoothly. Then, the auxiliary wing is folded by the left and right auxiliary wing levers at the bottom of the box, and the bottom and top tongue are folded by the tongue mechanism. Then, the bottom box is sealed by the bottom cover mechanism. Then, the tea bag is pushed into the paper box by the push rod through the feeding mechanism, and the auxiliary wing is folded by the left and right auxiliary wing levers at the top of the box. Finally, the top box is sealed by the top cover cover mechanism and sent out to complete the packaging process.
