Our endless one way webbing lifting slings are made of 100% high-tensile polyester (PES) with high-quality weaving and splicing technology. The material features excellent physical and chemical properties, bringing outstanding performance for the slings:

• Low elongation: The elongation rate is less than 2% under working load, ensuring stable lifting without sudden stretching and effectively protecting the safety of loads and operators.
• Strong resistance: It is resistant to abrasion, corrosion, UV rays and moisture, and can work stably in harsh environments such as chemical plants and marine operations without easy aging or damage.
• Wide temperature adaptability: The working temperature range is -40℃ to 100℃, suitable for lifting operations in high and low temperature working conditions across different regions and seasons.
• Non-conductive & spark-free: The polyester material has non-conductive properties and will not generate sparks during use, making it safe for lifting operations in flammable and explosive environments.

Structural Design & Key Advantages

Adopting the integral endless loop structure with no fixed connection points, the sling optimizes the force distribution of the whole belt body, and the load-bearing capacity is evenly distributed at each position, avoiding stress concentration at the connection. Its unique structural design creates multiple core advantages:

• No surface damage: The soft and smooth webbing surface has a wide load-bearing area, which can effectively reduce the surface pressure of the lifted objects and avoid scratching or deforming precision instruments, coated products and polished metal parts.
• Light and easy to operate: The weight is only 20% of that of traditional wire rope and chain slings, which is convenient for manual carrying, installation and operation, and improves the efficiency of lifting and hoisting operations.
• High safety factor: We offer customizable safety factors of 5: 1, 6: 1, 7: 1 and 8: 1 in line with international standards, and each sling is strictly tested before leaving the factory to ensure reliable load-bearing capacity and avoid potential safety hazards.
• Easy identification: The slings are color-coded and marked with capacity stripes according to DIN-EN1492-1 international standard (each stripe represents 1 ton of bearing capacity), and the working load limit can be quickly identified by color and width, which is convenient for on-site operation and management.
