This Electric knife sharpener, coarse grinding and fine honing design, Stage 1 is electric for sharpening. Stage 2 is for honing and polishing.

REPLACEABLE grinding unit makes it more economic and environmental.

Usage

Ensure that the sharpening switch in a disconnected state, connect the adapter to the power, open the sharpening switch.

Starting at the heel of the blade, pull the blade through the crossed ceramic rods while applying light, downward pressure (never back and forth).

Remember to lift at the end of the stroke to sharpen the tip of your blade. ( 3-8 seconds for metal knife, 6-8 seconds for ceramic knife).
