Self Drilling Screw gathers drilling, tapping and tightening at the same time. Self drilling screw's case hardness and core hardness is higher than the self tapping screw. The reason is self drilling screw has an extra function–drilling. In addition, self drilling screw needs to do the drilling test to make sure that the screw could drill the hole with the thread within the limitation time.
