Vacuum induction melting furnace is a complete set of vacuum smelting equipments. Under the condition of vacuum, it uses the medium frequency induction heating to melt metal.
It is widely used in scientific research and production departments, that is, the research and production of nickel base and its special steel, precision alloy, NdFeB, metal dysprosium, active metal, high temperature alloys, hydrogen storage materials, magnetic materials, non-ferrous metals and their alloys. There are vertical and horizontal two structures, Composed by the vacuum smelting chamber, melting device, translational transmission molding device, vacuum system, melting power supply, automatic control system, transfer window, water cooling system, working platform, etc.
The main features
This equipment adopts advanced temperature , vacuum detection instruments, sensing element,control center made by numerical control frequency conversion adjustment system and the programmable controller, with overtemperature, overpressure, underpressure alarm function and guarantee for safe and reliable operation.Vacuum pump is low noise and energy-saving with large pumping rate and high efficiency.Coil adopts the special craft processing, which makes it long life, easily deformed, small reactive power loss, and high efficiency.
Using frequency shift transmission molding device,make it pour multiple molds. The furnace adopts box type, the mold can pass in and out from the side, easy to operate,meanwhile realize the smelting process of temperature measurement, sampling, alloying, bottom blowing argon, oxygen top-blown, simulation of VD, VOD, RH etc.under the condition of vacuum.
