Product Performance

The product is manufactured through welding or metal casting, and the loosing part is sealed by echelon ring rubber. Operated by gland and bolt and based on the principle of rubber`s elastic deformation under pressure, the seal ring will be deformed and static seal will be done between joint body and expansion pipe wall. According to clients demand and product performance, metal and seal ring mate- rails will be selected strictly. High- strength antifouling paint is painted outside and the joint bolt is made of high- strength carbon steel or stainless steel, since there is some space between body and expansion, so axes and radial displacement will appear. Inside , it becomes available to compensate and release pipe blind plate propulsion and makes it easy to maintain and change pump and valve. Therefore, it is an ideal matching product for installation and operation.

Applicable Scope
