The Classifier Machine is used by plant and ball mill to form closed circuit cycle system for grading the sand, for grading the sand and mud in selecting work. The machine is also used for grading the granules in the ore pulp during the mineral selecting, and for cleaning mud and dehydrating in mill washing work.
Working Principle:
The Classifier Machine applied the principle of different kinds and ratio of granules has different falling speed when in the liquid, fine granules floating on the water, coarse granules falling down to the cell. With the equipment to mechanically grade the granules by the spiral push, the powder from the ball mill could be filtrated. The coarse granules would be put into the mill entrance, and the fine ones would flowed out of the tube.
