Character: high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature properties.
Appearance: dark gray or metal luster powder
Properties and application
WC/Co: with high hardness and good wear-resistance properties, coating operating temperature reaching 500 degrees. Widely used in different fields, such as rolling wheels, wire-drawing wheels, ball valves, transport screws, impeller etc.
WC/Co/Cr: with good wear and erosion resistance properties, coating temperature reaching 500 degrees. One of the typical processes is its replace of plating hard-chromium.
Cr3C2/NiCr: with high anti-oxidation, good wear and erosion resistance properties, coating temperature reaching 900 degrees. Its typical application is the use of the so-called “4-tubed” protection for boiler.
