Introduction:
AT106 Full Automatic Testing Machine consists of main machine, hydraulic translational clamp, hydraulic pressure station, full automatic extensometer, cross-section measurement unit, loading manipulator, uploading manipulator, specimen plate, control system, computer and software etc. It's a multi-functional full-automatic testing system that can achieve functions of sampling, auto-loading sample, auto testing, auto-unloading sample, processing testing data, displaying, saving and uploading testing results.
AT106 Full Automatic Testing Machine is mainly applied in tensile tests of batch sheet metal in same or different specification. It can automatic measure mechanical tensile performance data such as n, r value and can automatic calculate and display each feature point and appointed true stress, stain value. It complies with the tensile test of batch sheet metal from end users such as iron steel industry, various inspection centers, research institute, universities, commodity inspection attribution, technical supervision authorities etc.

1) Main machine adopts compact structure, high rigid dual-column load frame;
2) Precise pre-loaded ball screws; Self-lubricating linear motion guide increases lateral stiffness and ensure linear crosshead travel;
3) Maintenance free world class AC servo motor and server;
4) USA imported high-precision interface sensor with TEDS self-identifying function;
5) High resolution and digital closed-loop controller; Convenient test setting and handset;
6) Adopts hydraulic translational clamp, stable and convenient; Ultra silent hydraulic pressure station with noise ≤50dB;
7) Adopts Siemens PLC as core controlling unit which can control rectangular manipulator to sampling, loading sample and unloading sample. The PLC can ensure the accuracy of manipulator movement by controlling servo motor to supervise movement and photoelectric sensors to do assisted positioning;
8) The cross-section measurement unit adopts HEIDENHAIN grating displacement meter with precise measurement and automatic calibrating function;
9) Adopts lever-type full automatic extensometer which can track measuring automatically with high precision and wide measurement range;
10) Installed multi-functional Test Pilot software with various test standards base (GB, ASTM, ISO, DIN, EN, BS etc.)
11) Auto controlling and data processing; Testing data can be transferred through internet; Testing data is real-time protected and can be recovered manually if power supply shut down suddenly.

Technical Specifications of Automatic Extensometer equipped on AT106
Functions:
Automatic extensometer is used for automatic measurement of specimen extension during tensile tests, including axial and transverse measurement. The axial part can automatically adjust gauge length, clamp and loosen specimen, measure specimen length deformation. The transverse part can automatically clamp and loosen specimen, measure specimen width deformation. Modulus of elasticity, percentage elongation at fracture, plastic strain ratio(r) and tensile strain hardening exponent (n) of sheet metal and thin strip are determined according to the measured value.
Features:
1) Adopt imported grating displacement meter, resolution can reach 0.05μ M.
2) Clamping arm can automatically clamp or loosen the specimen, saving man power and improving accuracy
3) Unique structure design can track the specimen deformation until fracture, but without damage to extensometer
4) The axial gauge length can change within 15mm-205mm automatically according to software setup.
5) The special design of clamping edge for axial measurement can greatly meet the sheet and bar material testing requirement.
6) Be able to determine plastic strain ratio(r) of sheet metal and thin strip accurately.
