TECON aluminum alloy formwork includes Alumni Frame Wall Formwork, Aluflex Slab Formwork, Alugrid Slab Formwork, Aludeck Slab Formwork and AluLITE Formwork.

All those formworks are fabricated entirely by aluminium alloy. Some framed systems are lined with TECON-Form Birch or Plas-tech shuttering as well to achieve more reuses time.

Compared with steel formwork, formwork panels made from aluminium alloy ensures much lighter weight. Thus all of these formworks can be handled manually without a crane lift. Due to their lightweight, it increases site efficiency significantly.

Advantages of Aluminum Formwork
The aluminium formwork system is a building system used to form cast-in-place concrete structures of buildings. This formwork is made of aluminium alloy, which has high tensile strength and is very hard. Aluminium does not rust like steel. Therefore, the aluminium formwork can be reused hundreds of times. Lightweight aluminium is easy to handle and quick to operate, and due to its rapid construction, it is highly adaptable and cost-effective. It is different because it completely conforms to the architect's design and constitutes all the concrete in the building, including walls, floors, columns, beams, stairs, window coverings, balconies, and various decorative features. The dimensional accuracy of concrete products can also ensure the consistency of doors and windows.
The aluminium formwork system allows pouring walls and floors in the same operation. Not only does it improve efficiency, but it also produces an exceptionally strong structure with an excellent concrete finish. Since good tolerances are achieved in the processed metal formwork components, consistent definite shape and finish are obtained layer by layer.

Aludeck Slab Formwork
TECON Aludeck Slab Formwork is one of the most efficient and labour-saving decking system. It is consisted of 6061-T6 or 6082-T6 aluminium alloy frame panel, main beam, early stripping head and shoring prop. Assembly and slab forming can be implemented rapidly in residential and industrial construction projects with thicker slabs.
TECON Alu Flex Formwork
TECON Alu-Flex Slab Formwork is one of the fastest early stripping decking system consists of 6061-T6 aluminium frame panel, early stripping head, truss bracing and shoring prop. Due to its portable panel and easy assembly sequence, workers can operate them efficiently without any crane assitance.
TECON Alumi Frame Wall Formwork
TECON Alumni Frame Wall Formwork is a labor-friendly and lightweight panel formwork system. It consists of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy frame formwork panel, adjustable alignment clamp and panel strut etc.. The portable panel and fast connection alignment clamp always improves site efficiency and reduces work burden in no-crane project site.
