Our group has recently developed a new product of alginate gel. It is white or light-yellow powder and can fully replace carrageenan in petfood industry. Compared with agar and carrageenan, alginate gel is cheaper and much easier to use. At present there are no such kind of product in local or foreign markets, and therefore it has a wide market future. We sincerely hope that we can cooperate together to promote this product.
