AKW Series Water Ring Pelletizer

For some materials such as elastomers with low hardness or easy adhesion, it is recommended to use a water ring pelletizer for granulation. After extrusion from the template, the material is cut into particles directly and mixed with centrifugal force and cooling process water. Finally, it enters a dewatering machine to remove surface moisture and obtain particles with the same appearance.

Compared with the common strip granulation, the water ring pelletizer's structure is more compact.
