As the most commonly used plastic extrusion cutting machine, stretch granulator is one of the key equipment for users to obtain stable quality and beautiful appearance products. The molten material extruded from the granulating template is cooled by a water tank, then dried by an air knife to remove the moisture attached to the surface of the material, and then enters the granulating chamber of the stretching granulator.

The strip is cut by a rotating cutter into standard particles of 3 mm length, which can be screened and then entered into the subsequent product processing system. The diameter of particles can be adjusted by adjusting the traction speed of the strip. Particles of non-standard length can also be completed by an independent traction system if required.
