5- axis PCD&PCBN tool grinding machine for PCD&CBN resharpening

BT-150E 5-Axis CNC Tool Grinder is composed of the grinding wheel horizontal axis (X-Axis), vertical axis (Z-Axis), feed axis (Y-Axis), rotation axis in the horizontal plane(C-axis) and axial rotation (A-axis).The machine is suitable for producing and grinding rotary cutting tools in large quantities, such as mills, all kinds of drills including gun drills.

I．Features:

1. Mechanical Structure: base of machine tools are made of high quality single-casting. Main components weight is 1.5 tons. It can meet grinding requirements of any super-hard material. The optical drawtube and CCD camera with shield can protect the camera lens from water and inadvertent changes of the optical adjustment。The machine is equipped with lamps inside.

2. Grinding Spindle: With high precision and frequency control speed, the spindle power is 5 KW, max speed is 6000r/min. The inner of spindle is cooled by recycling water. The axial run-out is 0.002mm and radial run-out is 0.003mm.

3. Machine tool guide: with high precision roller guide, it greatly enhances the rigidity, precision and durability of the machine.

4. Servo mechanism: servo motor controls three linear feed axes (X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis) and two rotation axes (C-axis and A-axis), servo motor controls rotation axis to drive 5-axis simultaneously, improving grinding efficiency and the grinding quality of cutting edge.

5. Grinding software: our company developed the grinding application software. It can display CNC axis coordinates. At the same time, the software can connect the interface with CNC, and send the grinding wheel parameters, tool parameters and machining parameters to CNC. In the form of program name, all the parameters can be saved and found in the database management system.

6. Lubrication system: with intermittent automatic lubrication system, users can set time and intermittent for oil to ensure the service life of the screw.
