Woven Corrugated Belt can be divided into woven middle speed corrugator Belt, high speed corrugator belt with low noise, enhanced middle speed corrugator belt, enhanced high speed corrugator belt (low noise) and hydrophilic type woven corrugator belt and traction belt/stack belt.

Woven Middle Speed Corrugator Belt is 5 layer structure belt, made of the high grade PET continuous filament yarn with high tension and low flexibility. Our specific structure design ensure the hydrop hilic and drying ability.

High speed corrugator Belt with Low Noise was developed to cooperate the high speed running and rapi d dying of the corrugated board. The unique structure and the high-quality Pet facilitates steam eva poration from the paperboard.The twill weave surface of the belt helps to reduce the noise and incre ase the friction coefficient.

Enhanced corrugator Belt with kevlar edge is a consistent development based on the high speed corrug ator belt. Kevlar fibers is characterised with good heat-resistence and abrasion-resistence.Because of the frequently changing paperboard widths and load requirement,the usage of kevlar fibers ensure the heat-resistence and wear-resistence ability of corrugator belt and prolong the lifespan.
