White truffles from southern Tunisia with Bio certificate
We harvest the white truffles of southern Tunisia (our teams) in 6 geographical areas: Sidi Toui, Kambout, Remada, Dhiba, Dhahar and Benguerdenne.
we make two types of selection and sorting:
- 1st selection concerning the quality: eliminate the truffles defective or likely to be infected.
- 2nd selection concerning the size: subdivide the harvest (fresh) into 3 sizes (small, medium and large)
The harvest is immediately loaded carefully into isothermal blades and sent (the same day) to the place of export (packaged according to the standards) to guarantee a fresh, healthy and organic merchandise.
we are looking to sell our crops directly to importers or foreign consumers (without intermediaries that vastly increase price margins).
