Compared with Nylon and fabric belt, steel cord belt is very strict when choose glue, why say it? St eel cord conveyor belt has very strong tensity, usual glue can not reach this kind of tensity and ea sily cracking.

I ,Preparation before bonding

i, choose proper place( electric, well ventilated), rolling each belt to bonding area.

ii, vulcanizing equipment test

iii, vulcanizing equipment joint need cooling, because the specificity that different from other joi nt vulcanization, which need special equipment.

iii, test whether the joint tools are complete.

II, ST belt joint layer management and bonding

i, staged disposal for ST belt, then grinding the staged area with angle grinder and tungsten carbid e buffing disc.

ii,clean the dust from grinding surface, then brush hot vulcanizing glue sk823 evenly on the grindin g area.

iii, covered the brushed joint with Ramimtech uncured cover rubber and uncured tie gum and lay it ev enly, then scratch the uncured cover rubber with wallpaper cutter and avoid bubble.

iiii, rise and press the joint area with vulcanizing press, when temperature reached 145℃, then need 40 to 45 minutes constant temperature, when temperature reached, stopped warm up.

iiiii, when temperature dropped, dismantle the vulcanizing press, adjust the nylon conveyor belt joi nt with rubber knife, then finish the vulcanization.
