The thickness of parylene coating can be from 1 μ m to 50 μ M, it can be adjusted arbitrarily in the range of 50 μ M. Due to the operation efficiency of vapor in vacuum, the pinhole free film can be formed, and the thickness of the film can be accurately controlled for parylene coated waterproof magnets.
