It is a one needful in the granulating processes to select ideal granulas among the dried ones for pharmacies, chemicals, chemical fertilizers and foodstuffs.

Principle of Operation

Under imbalanced state, the eccentric produces centrifugal force to drive the materials in the swinging screen to move regularly for the purpose of sieving.

The machine consist of hopper, vibrating chamber, connecting shaft, and motor. There are eccentric wheel, rubber software, main shaft and shaft-bearing in the vibrating chamber. When the adjustable eccentric weight is passed the center of main shaft by motor driven, is may be out of balance and causes eccentricity, and so that the materials form regular eddy. The amplitude of the weight adjuster may regulate by changing the different material and the meshes of screens. It is small in volume, compact, dustless, noise-free, high output, low in energy consumption, easy to move and easy to maintain.
